FG&M's Energy and Utility Law Group Scores Another Hit

Facey Goss & McPhee’s Energy and Utility Law Group on July 15th secured another Certificate of Public Good (“CPG”) from the Public Service Board for a 500 kW solar net metering facility.  This brings to eight the number of CPG applications that FG&M attorneys have successfully submitted as part of Vermont’s highly successful net metering program, with a number of applications still pending.  FG&M attorney David Carpenter is also active in the industry group Renewable Energy Vermont.
