FG&M's Energy and Utility Law Group Scores Another Hit

Facey Goss & McPhee’s Energy and Utility Law Group continues its successful practice permitting solar projects in Vermont. On July 21st FG&M secured yet another Certificate of Public Good (“CPG”) from the Public Service Board for a 500 kW solar net metering facility--its second this month. This brings to nine the number of CPG applications that FG&M attorneys have successfully submitted as part of Vermont’s highly successful net metering program, with a number of applications still pending. FG&M attorney David Carpenter, who handles these permitting matters, is also active in the industry group Renewable Energy Vermont.
