Practice Areas:

Attorney Morgan has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including strategy development, fact investigation, taking and defending depositions, discovery, motion practice, preparing fact and expert witnesses, negotiating favorable settlements, mediation, and trial.  While in law school, he worked with the Honorable Magistrate Judge John M. Conroy in the Federal District Court for the District of Vermont.
