Biography:
Anna is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, where she practices primarily in family law, with an additional focus on civil litigation, landlord/tenant law, and environmental law. She brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to her work, helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
Anna’s path with the firm began in February 2021, when she joined as a receptionist. She later returned as a legal intern and gained hands-on experience with legal research and drafting documents across diverse legal issues. During law school, she interned with the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources, Office of General Counsel, where she conducted legal research on complex topics including preemption, contract law, and constitutional law within the context of environmental regulation.
She earned both her J.D. and a Master of Environmental Law and Policy, with distinction, from Vermont Law and Graduate School. During her time there, she was a member of Vermont Law Review and was recognized for her strength in appellate advocacy.
A Vermont native, Anna was born in Burlington and raised in Rutland. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Castleton University, where she was a student-athlete on the field hockey team. Her strong Vermont roots and broad legal experience shape her practical, client-centered approach to the practice of law.
