Biography:

Born and raised in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, Courtney earned her A.S. in Business Administration from Rowan College at Burlington County and received her B.A. in English from Rutgers University, with minors in Criminal Justice and Writing.

Courtney received her J.D. Degree from Albany Law School. She served as Lead Article Editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology and was a Torts Teaching Assistant for two years. Throughout law school, she clerked for Facey Goss & McPhee, PC, where she assisted in a wide range of legal matters.

After law school, Courtney joined Facey Goss & McPhee as an associate attorney where she practices in civil litigation, insurance litigation, personal injury, and title insurance litigation. Courtney currently resides in Proctor, VT with her fiancée and their two cats.
