Yet Another Hit Scored by Energy & Utility Law Group
Posted on Sep 07, 2016
Facey Goss & McPhee’s Energy and Utility Law Group continues its successful practice permitting solar projects in Vermont. In early September FG&M secured yet another Certificate of Public Good (“CPG”) from the Public Service Board for a 500 kW solar net metering facility. This brings to ten the number of CPG applications that FG&M attorneys have successfully submitted as part of Vermont’s highly successful net metering program, with a number of applications still pending. FG&M attorney David Carpenter, who handles these permitting matters, is also active in the industry group Renewable Energy Vermont.
